Sam joined MAG in Spring 2023. 

Having studied art at college many years ago I followed a career in business and didn’t do any artwork for the next 30+ years. In recent years I’ve attended regular classes in Malta and Spain and on returning to the UK I was looking to pursue art as a serious hobby. The group is full of talented artists and being surrounded by such a friendly and inspiring group is really helpful.

I’ll be working on content for my gallery. My first piece was done at a workshop by professional artist, Ruth Bond, and was my first time using water-soluble oils.
