"I'm Jacqui Hill and upon retirement I took up painting. It is watercolour that sparks my imagination. I love to explore with layers of colour, try to be loose and take risks in the hope of having 'happy accidents' which gives watercolour it's unique appearance. My subject matter is wide, buildings, landscapes, seaascapes, flowers and people. Sketching from home or on holiday is oiften my starting point. I exhibit my work with Morpeth Art Group and the Coquetdale Arts Centre. in Rothbury."
