I have had an interest in art for most of my life. In 1991 I decided to take it more seriously and started what has been a wonderful journey. I joined a local art club where I continued to learn more about painting technique. In 2001 I joined the Gateshead Art Society where I had some success in their exhibitions and made new friends. After moving to the morpeth area I joined the very friendly Morpeth Art Group in 2016 and look forward to painting with the group for many years to come.
